At MMTC we aim to provide our clients with a superior shopping experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from MMTC we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange if the item if it is returned in accordance with our Return and Exchange policy.
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from MMTC and you wish to exchange it for another product, please email us at info@milesmasontradingcompany.com.au and return the product to us in original unused unmarked condition, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and packaging slip.
Any items purchased within Australia must be sent back within 14 days of the invoice date to be eligible for an exchange. International Orders must be sent back within 30 days. You must pay the carriage on the item's return, while MMTC will pay carriage on delivery of the replacement item back to you.

It is important that you notify us before you return the item, so that delivery and your new selection details can be organised. This is critical as our stock sells quickly and we may need to reserve your new selection.
Returns outside our return period timetables may be accepted at the discretion of MMTC.
Faulty Goods
We pride ourselves on the superior quality of our products and we check each item prior to dispatch. If you receive goods which you consider to be faulty, damaged or incorrect please email us immediately at info@milesmasontradingcompany.com.au to advise us of the condition of the item. We will then be in contact with you to discuss the return of the item.
We reserve the right to determine if an item is damaged or defective prior to replacement. We will organise a replacement when the unused faulty or damaged product is returned to us. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that we will also refund the return postage costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items if you enclose the receipt for postage.
